Given the size and complexity of this 40 meter vertical antenna, I wouldn't necessarily call it a "portable" antenna.
Nonetheless, the antenna design is good and the installation looks as if it could stand up to some unfavorable weather...a nicely done antenna project for the amateur radio experimenter.
